Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Juniper Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Reno, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
