Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Fernwood Field Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Oklahoma City plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
