Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Harborlight Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Louisville, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
