Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Highbridge Pine Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
