Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
