Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Granite Markets and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
