Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Rivermark Sable Press is a printer and publisher in Memphis serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
