Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Amberfield Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jackson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
