Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bluepeak Drift Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Honolulu plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
