Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Nova Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
