Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Clear Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
