Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Harborlight Willow Property Management is a Buffalo property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
