Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boise producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
