Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Amberfield Birch Freight Group is a Orlando logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
