Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Summit Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
