Highbridge Maple Property Management is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system.
