Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Thistle Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Orlando producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
