Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Summit Property Management is a Columbus property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
