Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Honolulu region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
