Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bluepeak Rook Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
