Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Junction Press produces print and digital publications in Raleigh, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system.
