Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Pharma and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
