Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Providence with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
