Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Granite Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Portland plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
