Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Portland, OR)

Nova Timber Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system.
