Nova Loom Early Learning Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system.
