Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group is a Philadelphia company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims.
