Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Yarrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
