Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Orlando, FL)

Nova Kestrel Manufacturing is a Orlando manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
