Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Facilities and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
