Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 506 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
