Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Omaha, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
