Cedar Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
