Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meridian Facilities and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
