Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak River Housing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
