Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Hospitality and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
