Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Oklahoma City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
