Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
