Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Oklahoma City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
