Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
