Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (New Orleans, LA)

Amberfield Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around New Orleans, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 473 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
