Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Nashville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
