Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Nashville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
