Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Willow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders.
