Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Milwaukee plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
