Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Vale Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
