Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Meadow Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Memphis plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 737 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
