Northwind Corner Auto Group Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
