Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Summit Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Memphis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
