Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Property Management looks after rental homes across the Memphis area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
